AI literacy is shifting from a nice-to-have to a must-have, with companies starting to prioritize applicants with AI skills over those with experience. The aim is to enhance, not replace, human expertise.
Charlene Virlouvet is Chief of Staff at Dasho and was Fleire's first hire. Charlene has been with the company since 2021, when her first article went up on the blog, and runs how Dasho works with the companies Dasho serves, from the first conversation to the work that lands every month.
Charlene joined when the company still sold content by the calendar, and stayed through the year that stopped making sense. Charlene now runs the side of the business that decides what reaches a brand's audience and what gets stopped first.
Charlene is also a writer. Twelve articles on the Dasho blog are hers, on brand voice, local marketing and how a small team keeps content consistent.
Outside the company Charlene has spent more than twenty years in theatre. Charlene is Actor and Managing Director at 2TinCans Philippines in Cebu, and was nominated at the BroadwayWorld Philippines Awards 2024 for the role of Truvy Jones in Steel Magnolias.
